Rawalpindi – Ghana Meher, the daughter of Professor Naeem Qasim, Chairman of the Naeem Qasim Education Foundation, represented Pakistan at the prestigious International Seminar on Climate Change held in Baku, Azerbaijan, as part of COP 29.
The event, organized by the United Nations, brought together global leaders, environmentalists, and young changemakers to discuss innovative solutions to the ongoing climate crisis.
Addressing the seminar, Ghana Meher emphasized the critical need for collective action and sustainable development to combat climate change. Her speech highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to environmental conservation and the active role of youth in achieving global climate goals.
