Islamabad (NNP) Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was awarded the Nishan Pakistan for his services to Pakistan. Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad and Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir were present on the occasion in the ceremony held at Awan Sadr.
Awards were given to 18 ambassadors of different countries in a ceremony held in the President’s House. Meanwhile, civil awards will be given to 829 personalities who have rendered outstanding services on the country’s 84th Pakistan Day. Other personalities who will be given civil awards include Tariq Bajwa, Tariq Pasha, Tariq Fatemi, Former Chief Minister of Sindh Qaim Ali Shah, Former Caretaker Finance Minister Dr. Shamshad Akhtar, Senior Bureau Cret Mushtaq Sukhira, Fawad Hasan Fawad, Iftikhar Arif, Asalauddin, Anwar Masood, Rahat Ali Khan, Dr. Muhammad Jahanzeb, Zahid Malik, Koh Pima Naila Kayani and other personalities are included.
A total of more than 80 persons will be honored with civil honors in the President’s House, while 70 persons will receive the Presidential Award for Good Performance. 3, 9 persons who received Star Imtiaz will be awarded Medal of Distinction, and 7 persons will be awarded Nishan Imtiaz, while 2 persons will receive Hilal Pakistan Award. Shujaat is a personality and 18 personalities will be awarded Hilal Quaid-e-Azam while 40 will be awarded Hilal Imtiaz Award.
Similarly, one person will be awarded the Star of Pakistan and 20 people will be awarded the Star of Shujaat, while 63 people will be awarded the Star of Distinction. Personalities will be honored with Tamga Khamita Award. 299 personalities will be given Tamga Imtiaz for their outstanding services in the field of health.
