Apply to remove Distantah Princess’ children’s names from the PCL, demanding a response from the federal government

The Lahore High Court while hearing the intra-court appeal filed to remove the name of Farah Princess’s children from the passport control list, sought a response from the federal government and others.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqer Najafi heard the appeal of Faraz Iqbal and Iman Iqbal.
Advocate Azhar Siddique argued in the court on behalf of Farah Shahzai’s children.
In the appeal of Farah Princess’s children, it was held that the single bench did not properly assess the facts.The High Court adjourned the hearing for 2 weeks.
