New Book by Dr. Nadeem ul Hassan Highlights Maulana Zafar Ali Khan’s Pioneering Role in Urdu Journalism and Indian Muslim Leadership

Islamabad:(NNP)-A new book entitle” Maulana Zafar Ali Khan Ka Ehd-e-Sahafat” written by renowned Columnist,Poet, Reseacher and author Dr.Nadeem ul Hassan has been published. Dr.Nadeem ul Hassan Gillani completed his Ph.D in 1994 from University of Punjab by writing his Thesis and research work on Maulana Zafar Ali Khan.Besides serving as Chief Public Relations Officer in City Distt.Government Lahore,Dr.Nadeem ul Hassan Gillani had been Editor of monthly “Ehwal-e-Lahore, Director of Roshni Communication Advertising Lahore and Group Editor of “Omega News”.He has five Collections of Poetry,and one book consisting on his columns “Log Kehte Hein” is also on his credit. Now Dr.Gillani has written a detailed book on Father of journalism Maulana zafar Ali Khan containing 782 pages highlighting his journalistic contribution and leadership role of Maulana Zafar Ali Khan in awakening of Indian Muslims for achieving independence and promoting Urdu journalism.Dr.Nadeem ul Hassan Gillani has projected signficant role of Maulana Zafar Ali Khan as a leader and Patriotic journalist/writer who invoked and promoted political awareness among Muslims and tried to unite Ummah on one platform. He has presented Maulana Zafar Ali Khan’s personality as a staunch Muslim Leader having true spirit of serving Muslims and bold expression.
