PM’s Directive: Relief Checks Distributed in Rain-Hit Takht Bhai

Takht bhai:Following a special directive from the Prime Minister of Pakistan, relief efforts led by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and local administration have distributed relief checks totaling seven lakh rupees among the recent rain-affected individuals in various locations of Takht Bhai.

According to details, the recent intense rains had caused damage to properties, livelihoods, and populations in Takht Bhai. In response, the National Disaster Management Authority, under the leadership of Assistant Commissioner Takht Bhai, Mahin Hassan, compiled complete data of the affected individuals. A ceremony was held at the Assistant Commissioner’s office on Friday, which was attended by former Member of Provincial Assembly Jamshed Khan Mohmand, Additional Assistant Commissioner Rashid Ali, former Nazim Miyan Abdul Rahman, and Hamid Safi, along with MPAs, including Ehtesham Ali Mashwani.

Speaking on the occasion, Jamshed Khan Mohmand expressed that natural disasters are a trial from Allah Almighty, causing both financial and human losses. He assured that during this trial, the Muslim League-Nawaz government will not leave our poor people alone. He thanked the Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif for promptly providing immediate assistance to the affected poor, thus proving his love for our province and the Pashtun nation.

Among the twenty-one (21) families affected by the recent rains, individuals such as Muhammad Anam, Muhammad Rafiq, Niaz Muhammad, Noor Ali Shah, Rahman Gul, Ruman Khan, Nazakat Bibi, Fareed Gul, Nek Amal, Wajid Ali, Shahid Ali, Abdul Sattar, Muhammad Alam, Noor Muhammad, Sultan Zareen, Shahzad, Khairullah, Yousaf Shah, Fida Muhammad, and Fazal Rahman received relief checks of seven lakh rupees per family.

The event concluded with a message of solidarity and support for those affected by the rains, highlighting the government’s commitment to assisting the affected populations in times of need.
