Peshawar:In a recent development, the Peshawar High Court has rejected the petitions filed by the Sunni Ittehad Council concerning specific seats. Headed by Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim, a 5-member larger bench of the court deliberated on the petitions related to the seats of the Sunni Unity Council. Following a reserved judgment, the court unanimously dismissed the petitions.
