A grand event was organized at the Government Associate College for Women, Sihal, Rawalpindi in connection with Pakistan Defence Day. The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a naat (a tribute in praise of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ). Students presented speeches, patriotic songs, and skits, all paying tribute to the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army and the martyrs.
Later, Principal Ms. Samera Hameed addressed the gathering and highlighted the historical significance of Pakistan Defence Day. She highly praised the courage and patriotism of the armed forces and reaffirmed the commitment that the college staff and students would contribute positively to the country’s progress.
The event concluded with special prayers for Pakistan’s prosperity, security, and unity.
