FFC announces results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026

Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced its financial result for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 in its Board of Directors meeting held on Jul 29, 2026. Our Urea plants produced 1,417 thousand tonnes Urea whereas Sona DAP production of 369 thousand tonnes was also achieved.

Urea offtake increased to 1,404 thousand tonnes, against 1,122 thousand tonnes during corresponding period, whereas DAP sales, including imported product, increased from 288 thousand tonnes to 318 thousand tonnes in 2026. Increase in offtake resulted in urea market share improvement to 56% from 48% previously, while DAP market share registered a growth of 3% to 66%. All product revenue was registered at PKR 200 billion as compared to PKR 155 billion during 2025, mainly due to higher sales volumes.

The rise in revenue, control over operating costs along with investment income of PKR 28 billion, enabled the Company to achieve net profit of PKR 41.8 billion. This profitability translated into earnings per share of PKR 29.1 as compared to PKR 27.0 in the corresponding period last year. The Board of Directors of FFC has announced an interim dividend of PKR 14.5 per share, for the second quarter of 2026, bringing the cumulative dividend for the half year ended June 30, 2026 to PKR 23.0 per share.
