Mardan: A high-level delegation of the Realtors Association Mardan, led by its President Muhammad Farooq Khan, called on Assistant Commissioner Mardan, Dr. Sher Zaman Dogar. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on NOCs of housing societies across the district and other administrative matters.
The delegation briefed the Assistant Commissioner on the challenges faced by various housing societies, including legal hurdles and issues related to registration. On this occasion, Dr. Sher Zaman Dogar assured the delegation that the district administration is taking serious measures to resolve the issues of housing societies.
President of the Realtors Association Mardan, Muhammad Farooq Khan, stated that, God willing, the problems faced by all housing societies in the district will be resolved soon. He added that the registration process for those housing societies that are still unregistered will also be completed shortly.
He further said that plot holders and investors should remain confident, as no one’s trust will be compromised and all matters will be handled transparently in accordance with the law. The meeting also concluded with an agreement to further strengthen mutual communication and cooperation in the future.
The Assistant Commissioner reassured the delegation that the district administration is ensuring strict implementation of land-use laws and housing society regulations.
