The Sui companies have requested significant tariff hikes, with SNGPL proposing a staggering 147% increase and SSGCL seeking an 18.71% hike for the fiscal year 2024-25. SNGPL aims to raise tariffs by Rs 475.95 per MMBTU to address a projected revenue shortfall of Rs 189.179 billion, while SSGCL plans to increase tariffs by Rs 274.40 per MMBTU due to a projected shortfall of Rs 56.692 billion.
