Ccm team and victims of Jinnah garden held a meeting with the management committee of Jinnah garden

Islamabad:Local and overseas victims have been denied plots for 20 years despite making full payments.distribution of plots without merit is a prevalent issue. Although there are High Court orders to allocate plots based on the seniority list, the victims protested against the closed distribution of plots without considering merit, as directed by the Tehsildar. The victims claim they have been seeking plots for 30 years, and when contacting the society office, they are informed that plots will be allocated based on merit. However, the victims question the seniority list under which the recipients received their plots. What kind of merit system is in place, considering those who booked before the year 2000 did not receive plots, while those in 2012 are entitled to them?

The victims are demanding that if the management committee lacks available land, they should accommodate the victims through various options. This includes providing a larger plot or a smaller commercial plot in Phase 2 for the victims of Phase 1, altering the commercial shop in Phase 1 from 5 marla to 7 marla plots.

According to the management, accommodating the victims based on these options is a challenging task and give hope to victims they will consider and discuss these options with Our MC‘S remaining members.
