Ukrainian officials have also claimed the destruction of a communications center associated with the Russian fleet. With the conflict intensifying, casualties mount on both sides, while neighboring countries like Poland remain on high alert following airspace violations. Amidst the chaos, mourning grips Russia following a tragic incident in Moscow, where explosions and shootings at a concert hall claimed the lives of 133 people.
