Minister information Murtaza Solangi recently visited Saeed Book Bank to purchase the book “Fall Out” by Salman Masood,a Group Editor Daily The Nation and correspondent for New York Times.
Solangi purchased the book to demonstrate solidarity and to protest against efforts to remove books from the stores, actions which contravene democratic principles. Some unknown individuals had forced Saeed Book Bank to remove the book Fall Out and cease its sales earlier this week.
Saeed book bank is the largest bookstore in Islamabad and frequented by residents and non residents.
