Residence of Zulfi Bukari Attached by Accountability Court

In compliance with the orders of the Accountability Court, the residence of Mr. Zulfi Bukari has been officially attached as part of the ongoing proceedings in the 190 million (190M) case. The District Administration of Attock, under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Attock, has taken possession of the property on behalf of the court-appointed receiver.

The action was carried out in strict adherence to the court’s directives, with the Assistant Commissioner (AC) Attock overseeing the process to ensure transparency and compliance with legal protocols. The District Administration has emphasized its commitment to upholding the rule of law and implementing court orders without delay.

 

This development is part of the broader investigation and legal proceedings related to the 190M case, which has been under judicial scrutiny. The Accountability Court’s decision to attach the property underscores the seriousness of the matter and the judiciary’s resolve to ensure accountability.
