Mardan: Former Provincial Minister for Food and Excise & Taxation, Fazal Rabbani Advocate, has said that the real estate sector serves as the backbone of the national economy. In today’s challenging times, when inflation has made life difficult for the common man, the availability of residential plots on easy installments and at affordable prices presents a golden opportunity for the public.
He was addressing the Subhan Smart City Property Dealers Convention held in Mardan. Fazal Rabbani emphasized that investing in Subhan Smart City is not only safe but will also prove highly profitable in the near future.
The convention was attended by a large number of property dealers, investors, and local dignitaries. Among the key speakers were Umair Khan Atozai, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jaaidad.com; Subhan Khan and Fawad Khan, owners of Subhan Smart City; Haleem Khan; and Sheikh Akbar Khan, Central President of Dir Qaumi Movement. The event was moderated by Mah Noor.

On this occasion, COO Jaaidad.com Umair Khan Atozai announced attractive incentives for dealers, declaring that any dealer who sells 20 plots within three months will be awarded an Umrah package, while those selling 10 plots will receive a motorcycle. He added that this scheme will encourage dealers to work with greater dedication and give investors the confidence to move forward.
