Muzaffarabad:President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry has said that Quaid-e-Azam fought for the cause of a free homeland for Muslims where they got great opportunities for religious freedom as well as economic and social development. And gave them a free country where their future generations can breathe in free air. He expressed these thoughts in his message on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry said that Quaid-e-Azam was a world leader of Muslims, a great jurist and a history maker. He enlightened the Muslims of the sub-continent with the two-nation theory and by passing the resolution of Pakistan on 23 March 1940, he started a vigorous struggle for a separate homeland for the Muslims of the sub-continent. Muhammad Ali Jinnah considered Kashmir to be very indispensable for Pakistan, that’s why he called Kashmir the aorta of Pakistan. There was a desire that Kashmir should be freed from Indian rule and become a part of Pakistan
