ATTOCK: President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ICCI) Chief Executive Officer Centaurs Islamabad Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan has said that Pakistan is gifted with all kinds of rich natural and land resources. He was addressing as the chief guest at the annual employee award ceremony of Mehria Town (Private) Limited, the largest and standard housing scheme of Attock district. He added that Pakistan has the potential to become a strong economic power in the world. Chairman Mehria Town Malik Javed Akhtar, MD Malik Atif Javed, Director Malik Rehan Khan, Media Officer Asim Javed, Executive Director DHA Brigadier Waqar Ahmed and renowned businessman Masood Mir were present on the occasion.
On behalf of Chairman Mehria Town Malik Javed Akhtar, dozens of employees were awarded shields and cash prizes worth million of rupees for their performance. On this occasion the Chairman Mehria Town also called the children of the former MD and Mullah Zameen, who passed away, on the stage and gave shields to commemorate them. The lucky employees were also given tickets to pay Umrah, on which these people from the middle-class family thanked Malik Javed Akhtar and prayed for fulfilling the dream of attending the Holy Kaaba in Mecca and the Prophet’s mosque in Medina.
