These views were expressed by Farooq Khan, President of The Realtors Association Mardan, and General Secretary Kashif Zaman Dawar while addressing the Subhan Smart City Property Dealers Convention held in Mardan yesterday.
They stated that, in line with the demands of modern times, housing societies not only provide quality residential opportunities but also open doors for investment. This creates employment opportunities and significantly boosts the local economy.
