Kazakh Ambassador Highlights New Avenues of Cooperation in Lecture at Pakistan Foreign Service Academy
Islamabad (NNP) At the invitation of the leadership of the Pakistan Foreign Service Academy, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan, H.E. Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin, delivered an insightful lecture to the Academy’s students, focusing on prospects for enhanced cooperation between Kazakhstan and Pakistan, as well as the broader Central and South Asian regions.
In his address, Ambassador Kistafin presented a comprehensive overview of the current state of political, trade and economic, cultural-humanitarian, and educational cooperation between the two countries. He highlighted ongoing efforts aimed at strengthening bilateral ties across multiple sectors.
A significant portion of the lecture was devoted to transport and logistics, with the Ambassador underscoring the strategic importance of this sector for expanding cooperation between Kazakhstan, the Central Asian states, Pakistan, and the South Asian region. He also briefed students on the progress being made in developing transport corridors and connectivity.
Students of the Academy expressed keen interest in discussions on regional security, the evolution of transport routes, innovation, and the vital role of youth in fostering international cooperation.
