In particular, gas pressure in Rawalpindi has been increased to improve supply. Additionally, the General Manager (Zone) remains available in the office 24/7, personally overseeing efforts to address public grievance
According to officials, approximately 90% of public complaints have already been resolved, and the remaining issues—such as damaged or uprooted pipelines caused by development activities—will be repaired soon.
Despite misconceptions that the department is inactive, authorities emphasize that both field teams and office management are fully engaged. The General Manager (Zone) continues to work tirelessly with his team to resolve residents’ problems as quickly as possible.
