Islambad (NNP) Hanif Malik, a member of the Kashmir Council of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, met with the Minister of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan, Amir Maqam, to congratulate him on his recent appointment. During the meeting, Malik expressed his well-wishes to Amir Maqam and highlighted the importance of having a seasoned politician like him in such a crucial ministry. He emphasized that Amir Maqam’s appointment is welcomed by the people of Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Amir Maqam, a veteran politician affiliated with the Muslim League-N and known for his principled stance on Kashmir, assured Malik of his commitment to addressing the issues faced by Kashmiris. He pledged to work actively to resolve these issues in line with the directives of his leaders, Mian Nawaz Sharif and Mian Shahbaz Sharif.
