Pakistan Air Force Chief’s Tenure Extended by One Year on PM’s Recommendation

Islamabad: () The tenure of Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu has been extended.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has extended the tenure of Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu by one year.

The Prime Minister has sent the advice to President Asif Ali Zardari to extend the tenure of the Pakistan Air Force chief.

The President will announce the extension of the tenure of Air Chief Zaheer Babar Sidhu.

It should be remembered that Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, Chief of Pakistan Air Force, met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif a few days ago in which the professional affairs of Pakistan Air Force were discussed.

The Chief of Pakistan Air Force also congratulated the Prime Minister on assuming the post of Prime Minister.
