Major bridges overturned in 2024 elections

In yesterday’s general election, big bridges were overturned.

JuI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman lost from his home constituency Dera Ismail Khan while his rival Ali Amin Gandapur won from NA-44 DI Khan.

PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique lost from NA-122 while independent candidate Sardar Latif Khosa won with the support of PTI.

Jahangir Tareen, the chief of the Stability Pakistan Party (IPP), lost from both the National Assembly seats (Lodhran and Multan)

In Gujarat, PTI’s central president Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was defeated by Salik Hussain.

Former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister and PTI parliamentary chief Pervez Khattak lost both the national and provincial assembly seats.

Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Sirajul Haq did not win from NA-6 from Lower Dir-1.

Awami National Party’s Emil Wali Khan lost from NA-25 from Arsda.

Former Chief Minister Of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan also could not win the election from Swat PK-10.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s daughter Meherbano Qureshi also could not win her seat.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Aliya Hamza Malik lost to PAKISTAN Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shehbaz from NA-118 Lahore.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Mian Javed Latif has been defeated in SHEIKHUPURA’s NA-115 constituency.

Former federal minister Ghulam Ahmed Bilour failed from NA-32 constituency in Peshawar.
