Serena Hotels Hosts Vintage Car Show in Collaboration with Vintage & Classic Car Club of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: Serena Hotels, under its Cultural Diplomacy Initiative, in collaboration with the Vintage and Classic Car Club of Pakistan (VCCCP), hosted a vibrant Vintage Car Show on Tuesday, turning the Serena Business Complex lawn into a celebration of timeless automotive elegance and heritage preservation.
The event featured an impressive lineup of vintage and classic automobiles, offering visitors a rare glimpse into the evolution of motoring history. From pre-Partition models to meticulously restored classics, the display reflected distinctive design eras and outstanding engineering craftsmanship.

Car collectors and enthusiasts from across the country participated in the showcase, presenting vehicles that stood as moving symbols of history, passion and dedication. The event provided an engaging platform for families, diplomats and automobile lovers to appreciate Pakistan’s rich motoring heritage.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohsin Ikram, Chairman of the Vintage and Classic Cars Club of Pakistan, said the club was established nearly three decades ago to unite car enthusiasts nationwide and promote the preservation of historic vehicles under the motto “heritage on wheels.”

“The objective is not just to display cars, but to share the stories attached to them and present a soft, positive image of Pakistan,” he said, commending owners for maintaining these vehicles as valuable cultural treasures.

One of the most inspiring highlights of the show was the participation of a mother who travelled all the way from Karachi with her family, underscoring the deep-rooted passion and growing nationwide appeal of classic motoring culture.

The event concluded with an awards ceremony recognising outstanding vehicles in various categories, followed by a reception hosted by Serena Hotels in an atmosphere that beautifully blended elegance, history and celebration.
