Islamabad (Our Correspondent):Rana Abdul Baqi, a representative of the Jinnah Iqbal Forum, has announced a compassionate winter initiative under which the Forum will distribute fifty percent polyester quilts among deserving and white-collar families on November 9 (afternoon), in collaboration with local philanthropists.
According to the Forum, the quilts will be delivered to the homes of donors in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, enabling them to personally hand over the quilts to deserving families within their respective areas — a move aimed at promoting a spirit of community care and direct engagement.
The Forum has also invited citizens outside the donor list to contribute by recommending two deserving individuals, along with photocopies of their national identity cards.
Donors and well-wishers have been requested to confirm their participation at the earliest, so that timely arrangements can be finalized for this noble cause.
