MARDAN: DIG Jawad Qamar on Thursday has taken charge of his post as Regional Police Officer in district Mardan.Upon arriving at the RPO office, the police squad greeted them.Officers and personnel welcomed them on the occasion.DIG Jawad Qamar visited various branches of the RPO office, where he met with the office staff and reviewed his work.He also met with District Police Officers of all the districts of Mardan Region, which discussed future strategies and law and order situation.Regional Police Officer Mardan expressed his commitment that he would take full steps to uphold the rule of law, protect the lives and property of the people, to enhance the professional capabilities of the police force
